Yes I Can Foundation organized a unique certificate workshop on *Artificial intelligence for the specially abled students Over 15 students including transgender participated in these sessions. The focus was on the basic AI concept, applications and steps in making AI based projects to help our society. We are amazed to see the presentations by students and their ideas 💡. Yes I Can Foundation celebrated Pride Month - July ( a month where we create an awareness about culture and inclusion). We organized medical checkup camp for the transgender community with counseling. We also distributed Raincoats to visually challenged students to ensure that they will not face challenges while holding an umbrella and White cane using both hands. What is more important than Sight is the Vision. Yes I Can Foundation with the support from our volunteers organised a special screening for Movie Shrikant at Inox. The movie Shrikant is all about the motivational story of Mr. Shrikant Bolla, who is a visually challenged first science graduate and an entrepreneur. It was amazing to see the response by our visually challenged students. They used a special application (XL Cinema) to watch this movie. Yes, I Can Foundation is happy to share that in 2024, we reached more than 500 beneficiaries through the Mango Festival. This included mango distribution, feeding meals to Aamras Puri, and spending quality time at our project sites with underprivileged and senior citizens.
As a part of Women's Day month, the Yes I Can Foundation is happy to share that as a part of our efforts to empower girls and women, we have organized a financial literacy program for all our SAKSHAM girls. This program helped our girls understand the basics of financial savings, government schemes, and handling financial emergencies; apart from that, we engaged our transgender students with health and wellbeing sessions by our experts.
Unforgettable day for all our blind students - One day when we received a request from our blind students from Gujrat that it is their wish to come and see the Mumbai. We were not sure how we will able to fulfill this. There were two challenges one is how we can manage mobility aspect when it comes to blind students on the streets of Mumbai and second overall management of the tour. But we are happy to share that with all your support we successfully fulfilled the wish of our students. Students were shown lot of places such as Gate Way of India, Hanging Gardan, Stock Exchange, Siddhivinayak temple, Mahalaxmi temple, ISKON temple and Famous attractions in Bandra . Special to mention here about the Taj Hotel. All of us had some point of time in life wishes about visiting the Taj Hotel from Inside, and we are thankful to our volunteers and staff of Taj who gave an opportunity for our students to visit the hotel from inside. Students also visited our old age home and spent quality time with our senior citizens on the last day of their tour.

Yes I can foundation as a part of project Butterfly 🦋 celebrated festivals of lights in 2023 Diwali with the children of geriatric caregivers and community women . Children were engaged in the Lantern making/ puppet show and many more fun activities by the foundation.

Mr. Akshay Raidan - data scientist from Mumbai had organized this event with Primal Finance. QR code is embedded within the pendant. Scanning of QR code enables people to access the information about specially abled who is lost or who needs help. Purak Poshak Aahar - celebrating National Millets Mission by Govt of India 2023. As 2023 is declared by the government as Millet year. Yes I Can Foundation as a part of the project Ek Udaan has organized a special training on flame and flameless cooking for visually challenged girls in Maharashtra. The training focused on hands-on experience on cooking skills, handling kitchen equipment and safety. Students were given Braille kitchen stickers to enable them to identify kitchen ingredients and to achieve independence. We thank our volunteers and supporters and (Innerwheel club of Deonar).
A happy and proud moment for us as we were invited to Mondelez International ( Cadbury). Every year June month is celebrated as Pride Month where we sensitize the community about diversity and inclusion.
